Holy shit my back kills today
It’s probably from lifting after school yesterday, did deadlift and it’s been a while since I have but I usually have pretty good form. My back is just always shit now after my indoor soccer games. It cracks from the most fucked up stuff.
I think I need to get it realigned or just get a million fantastic back massages, haha.
